Positive Energy Affecting Recovering Lives

2023
Annual Impact Report

Message from the Executive Director

Season’s Greetings P.E.A.R.L. partners’ and contributors!

As the End of the year approaches, I find myself thankful for my first four months serving as the Executive Director for P.E.A.R.L. after having served two years in various other roles for the organization. Whether it has been collaborating with the board, staff, volunteers, partners, or supporters, I am fortunate to be in the company of such compassionate and knowledgeable leaders.

Even more inspiring is the positive energy each of you continues to give in the face of economic and social challenges. While the time has approached for many of us to pause and reconnect with family, friends, and most importantly…ourselves…I am encouraged at the prospects that 2024 will bring for P.E.A.R.L. and the community we serve. My enthusiasm is strengthened by all of the life-changing work our team does daily.

It is because of our loyal contributors and supporters that we have been enabled to provide services to over a thousand people in 2023 whether at our Peer Recovery Center, through our Men’s & Women’s Recovery Housing, or out in the community & in the great State of Arkansas.

As we take our respective respites from our daily labors, please remember those who are near, far, and no longer with us. Celebrate life, recharge, and consider joining us in 2024 as we continue “Healing the Recovery Community!”

With Gratitude,

Kyra Moss,
Executive Director
