PEARL's mission is to provide assistance, support, and education to the specialty courts and recovery community of Arkansas.

How we grew to serve the community.
PEARL was founded in 2014 by a group of community members who believed that people in recovery deserve more than a system, they deserve a community. Our earliest roots are in supporting the Benton County Specialty Court Program, where we helped connect participants with financial assistance and celebrated their milestones alongside them.
As the need grew, so did we. In 2020, we opened our first recovery residence for women in Rogers, Arkansas. In 2021, we became a Recovery Community Organization and expanded our mission to serve the broader recovery community across Arkansas - not just the courts, but anyone ready to take the next step. In 2022, we opened our second recovery residence for men.
Today, PEARL operates two NARR-accredited recovery residences, a peer recovery center, and a full range of recovery support services built on lived experience and genuine connection.
There are only 13 NARR-accredited recovery residences in the entire state of Arkansas, and PEARL is one of them. We are also the only nationally accredited recovery housing provider in Northwest Arkansas.
Where we are going: more housing, more support, and more space for people rebuilding their lives - including men, women, and families with children. A place for healing and growth, for as many people as we can reach.

They range from accredited recovery residences, peer support, our computer lab, pantry essentials, and recovery community events. Recovery Housing
PEARL operates two structured, NARR-accredited recovery residences in Rogers, AR. Residents live in a healthy and stable community with the accountability, peer support, and daily routine that make long-term recovery possible. Ready for the next step? Apply to become a resident through PEARL.
Peer Recovery Support
Our Peer Recovery Specialists have walked this road themselves. They help you build a personalized recovery plan, offer steady encouragement, and connect you to local and digital recovery resources.
Recovery-friendly activities
Year-round recovery events, holiday gatherings, and outings give you safe spaces to have fun, build friendships, and celebrate milestones.
Workforce navigation
Use our computer lab to apply for jobs, build a resume, and prepare for interviews, with one-on-one help from Peer Recovery Specialists. Our computer lab is also available for social services navigation, online classes, and other resources to help you move forward.
Prevention services
We offer naloxone training monthly at the PEARL Peer Recovery Center and at community locations on request. Naloxone is available on-site.
Pantry services
Individuals in recovery can get food, diapers and wipes, hygiene supplies, and clothing at the PEARL Peer Recovery Center in Rogers.
Community Recovery meetings & resources
PEARL hosts meetings for all pathways of recovery. We can also connect you to NA, AA, Celebrate Recovery, SMART Recovery, Nar-Anon, Al-Anon, treatment, counseling, housing, and employment resources across Arkansas. If you need shelter or emergency housing, our team can help you find local options as well.
